CINCANE CHICKEN


Cincane Chicken is one of traditional food from East Kalimantan. In  the past, Cincane Chicken will only be seerved if there is an important event such as marriage, birth, and welcoming guests. But now, this menu can be found in food stalls, shops, or restaurants in East Kalimantan.

The main ingredient is chicken. This menu is cooked with spices such as ginger, galangal, pecans, etc. Then, burned with coals of fire or also be fried. Cincane Chicken is more delicious if you eat it with warm rice.
