DERAWAN ISLAND

As you guys can see, Derawan Island is a beautiful island. Derawan Island is located in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan.


HOW DO YOU GET THERE? 

There are 2 ways to get there by road and air.
If you want to us landline can be traversed from Balikpapan, then you can go to Samarinda by bus ride. Then, continued travel to Tanjung Redeb and you change the travel to Tanjung Batu. Finally, you can go to Derawan by speedboat.

If you want to use airline, you can go there by plane. You can go from Balikpapan towards Berau or Tarakan. If you go through Tarakan, the airline is cheaper. But, Tarakan will be better if you go there with travel groups because you will use speedboat which is quite expensive.

WHAT CAN WE DO THERE?

In this beach you can see the views of under the sea. You guys could play with turtles that normally exists at the seaside of the beach. If you're lucky, you can see Manta Rays.

ACCOMODATION

For accomodation, there are some homestay which is provided by citizens. Not just that, there are some lux resort that has pretty view and the dock that directly connected with the sea, all of that can be customized with your budget.
