SPICY PORRIDGE

This food is perfect for you guys who love spicy food. Spicy porridge is dish from Sambas tribes, West Kalimantan. But, now this food can be found in East Kalimantan an be one of East Kalimantan dishes.

This spicy porridge also made with spices such as black pepper, chili, ginger, and lemongrass that makes you not only can taste of spicy only. Inside the porridge, there are some vegetables, such as kangkung, corn, and potato.
