PAYAU SATAY

In East Kalimantan, there such an unique food. It is Payau Satay.
So, what is Payau Satay?
It is a satay that used deer meat. Unfortunately, this food is rare because now deer is an animal that is protected. But, this food can still be found in traditional events or festival in East Kalimantan.
The texture of this satay is more soft and tender that beef.
